Yoga Class Questions
What should I expect for my first class?
Expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace. Our classes are designed for a variety of experience levels, and our instructors are happy to help you modify as needed.
Do I need yoga or fitness experience?
Not at all. Many of our clients are brand new to movement, strength training, or yoga. We encourage you to explore different class styles and find what feels best for your body.
What should I bring?
Bring water, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a yoga mat if you have one for all classes upstairs. Mats are available to rent for $5 if needed.
What's the difference between heated and unheated classes?
Heated classes are designed to help warm the muscles and create a more intense sweat experience. Unheated classes offer a slower, more grounded environment without added heat. Both have benefits. It simply depends on what your body needs.
What if I'm late to class?
For the safety of our staff and instructors, doors lock promptly when class begins.
Late entry is not permitted for upstairs movement classes, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
