Previous experience recommended but you are able to modify as you need. 

Unheated Slow Flow

Hate the heat? Need to unwind and slow down? This slow/gentle class is UNHEATED (73-77 degrees) and perfect for individuals looking to focus on the fundamental postures, get a little extra stretching in, and tune into your alignment to ensure safety in every posture.  You will be guided through a gentler flow connecting the breath to the movement and cued throughout so your body can adjust and modify with/without props all while feeling safe and comfortable in your space. You will leave feeling more open, mentally and physically, and will be ready to tackle the day ahead. 

Beginner friendly, all levels, unheated but you will still work up a sweat.

Vin to Yin

This 75-minute class begins with a classic Vinyasa Flow practice linking breath to movement to encourage the building of heat and energy. You will then spend the remainder of your practice unwinding with longer holds to allow your joints and fascia to release as well as your mind and body to drop into stillness. The result? A unique practice that will leave you feeling balanced, grounded and peaceful. Hot/All Levels/Beginner Friendly

Yin

Slow down and take a moment for yourself. Our yin class is a quiet and more contemplative class practiced in a gentle heat that works into the connective tissues and fascia of our bodies. We spend increased time in postures while focusing on the breath to quiet our mind through guided meditation. Leave practice as if you just enjoyed a deep tissue massage.

All levels, hot, beginner friendly.

Slow and Strong

Don't let the name fool you. In this slow, yet strong flow you will practice about half the number of postures you would in a typical flow class. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in the body. Build strength and mental toughness while holding these therapeutic postures a bit longer. Hot, all levels, modifications to suit your needs.

Rise and Shine Flow

What better way to start the day than with balance, strength and watching the sun rise. Our all-levels rise and shine yoga class is where you can move and warm your body and begin the day with intention and focus. We will gradually warm the body, move through sun salutations and standing poses and still leave plenty of time for stretching and savasana. What a great way to start the day! All levels/hot and beginner friendly. 

Lunchtime Flowin

Join us for a hot flow during your lunch break.  

Learn how to connect the breath while moving through postures and how the breath initiates movement. Build strength and endurance, increase flexibility, learn relaxation skills, and reduce stress in this 60 minute all level class.

Unheated Lunch Flow

Join us for an unheated flow (73-79 degrees) during your lunch break.

Candelight Restorative

This class will challenge you mentally and physically to unwind and deepen your yoga practice. Join us for an all-levels experience of breathwork, restorative posture, and meditation all in a candlelit room. Hot/beginner friendly.

Feel Good Flow

Ripple Effect Yoga's signature class! In this energetic class you will find a great deal of fluidity as you move from one posture to the next. This specific style class consists of breath awareness to drive your movements. You can expect to be challenged with a variety of poses, breath, and mindfulness as you flow through each sequence. All levels/Hot. Modified to fit your needs.
