Fitness Director

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Craig is not just your average personal trainer – he's a seasoned expert dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals with a smile on your face. 

When he's not busy inspiring clients to push their limits in the gym, you'll likely find Craig on the high school football fields sideline channeling his passion for the game while coaching the next generation of athletes. As a football fanatic himself, he brings that same energy and enthusiasm to every training session, making workouts feel more like a winning game plan than a chore.

Deadlifting isn't just an exercise for Craig – it's his favorite. He's got a knack for helping clients perfect their form and unleash their inner strength with this powerhouse move. But don't worry, he'll sprinkle in plenty of humor and encouragement along the way to keep you motivated and laughing through those challenging sets.

Meet Raheim

Raheim is an experienced ISSA certified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast with a history in amateur boxing. Raheim is a native New Yorker that takes joy in helping people unlock and achieve their true potential in a safe and supportive environment. Raheim incorporates a mixture of cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training into his client's fitness plan to create an individualized routine that addresses their unique needs.

Meet Sarah

Sarah's life-long passion for fitness, paired with the fascination with what the human body can do physically and mentally, prompted her to earn a BS in Kinesiology and minor in psychology from UW- Milwaukee. She is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit coach, and is currently working on obtaining a Health Coach certification through Wellcoaches.

Sarah subscribes to the philosophy that exercise is medicine. Using her education, training, and skills as an effective leader, she meets her athletes where they're currently at on their fitness journey and help them find a way to become healthier and stronger, allowing them to live their best life!

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Zanowski, PhD, is a certified nutrition coach, Crossfit Level 1 trainer, licensed psychologist and lifelong athlete. She has been a Ripple Effect Fitness customer since we opened and joined our staff in 2022. She currently offers nutrition coaching, group fitness instruction and personal training services. Her background as a health psychologist informs her nutrition coaching and training styles, bringing a unique perspective to help you reach your nutrition, fitness and overall wellness goals.

Meet Liz

NASM Personal Trainer

Liz works with individuals seeking assistance with weight loss, strength training, and FUNctional fitness. Liz works with each client to create or recreate a relationship around health and physical fitness. If you're new to structured movement, took a break due to injury, or are looking for unique ways to stay active, Liz has you covered spanning her decade of colorful experience. Each client’s regimen is based on their specific desires and goals with an understanding that each individual is unique!
